I am 100% sure Penni posted on here back in the day. She was really good friends with one of the RDs on staff back then and the RD said Penni was pissed about something someone posted about TGs unstable personality on the sideline

The fact that UCONN beat them for the title was one of the biggest upsets in the history of college basketball. Look at Duke's results that season, they lost an early game to Cincinnati by 2 in Alaska and they only played like 3 games that finished within single digits margins the rest of the season. They were beating the majority of the ACC by 20+ points and many that were 30+ pts. No one wanted to play them that season.

The funniest thing about the College of Charleston game was when TU had a big lead and Eric Coley jumped over the press table right by Al, and when Coley was climbing back over the table, Al grabbed Coley's hand and said something like, "Eric, you're the man!", and Coley smiled.

I think it wasn't long after that when TU starts losing it's huge lead.

I think they are hoping for Putin and the political regime to collapse. It isn't going to happen.

The only realistic way to end this :crap: is for NATO to start bombing Russian positions in Ukraine. It is how we ended the Kosovo war in 1999. This would be on a scale we have never seen since WW2. Yeah, we are going to lose planes and pilots. They have serious air defences. Your little A10s that every cowboy gets their dick hard on Youtube about are worthless.



Everyone wants this big badass military but never wants to use it for anything. Since Vietnam, Ukraine has been the biggest testing ground for weaponry against a real power!

This conflict has proven a lot of good things for us: the power of drone tech. Tanks aren't dead. Cesar's artillery is really badass. We need to be able to produce lots more 122MM shells on a grand scale. That is why we are expanding our capacity to three times what it is now.

A huge percentage of this bill is getting spent right here in the US of A building stuff. People need to stop crying. They just don't like it because the big orange man doesn't get to act like a badass killing Russians.

I agree with drboobay. If train is so bad, then why is there effort to connect OCK? The new routes will connect OKC to a lot of the main cities in the lower and upper midwest - KC, St. Louis, Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Detroit and south down to Austin and Houston. Amtrak says the new routes will connect 160 cities, but not Tulsa? There are a lot of little deadend spurs proposed to link cities off the main routes - trains will be added on spurs to Duluth, Green Bay, Ft. Collins, Nashville, Baton Rouge, Knoxville, Louisville, Iowa City, Pueblo, Rockford, Scranton. These aren't "we're going through anyway, let's add a stop" - these are all spurs that do nothing but go to these places and then turn around and go back. But nothing for Tulsa? I mean, you're paying for it, why not get it?

Interestingly, some of these routes are faster than driving.
