They are also favored over us with a 1-3 record.Good! Glad he was incorrect!
I'm assuming they were talking about the radio broadcast only and not tv broadcast. Seeing as how both games are going on at the same time. The radio is only capable of one broadcast at a time, as opposed to espn+ is capable of multiples.Only available on the TheVarsityNetwork app.
What would you have them do, give refunds to the advertisers that are paid up for the full season? Why wouldn’t Bruce cover the winning team instead of a team that is essentially done for the year? Save the expense of broadcasting from ECU.
They sell advertising for basketball games as well. You don’t write that off either. What would you have them do, give refunds to the advertisers that are paid up for the full season?
I’ll be listening to the football game on the radio Saturday afternoon while driving down to OKC for the Thunder game.
While we’re here, do you have any tips for fun things to do on a free day in Houston? We’ll be coming down in April for what may very well be our final Rolling Stones show. They sell advertising for basketball games as well. You don’t write that off either.

Better option is San Antonio... a short trip and a HELLUVA nicer place with a great zoo, the river walk, and it ain't Houston! While we’re here, do you have any tips for fun things to do on a free day in Houston? Our daughter and family live in San Antonio so we make that trip regularly. This time, we’re chasing the Stones and Houston is the closest show.NASA if you must stay in Houston. Thanks for the tips. It’s a hard no in the Astros but everything else sounds promising.Things to do around Houston -
- NASA - Clear Lake
- Astros versus Cleveland is a couple of days after the Stones concert
- Museum of Natural Science has an exhibit on King Tut’s Tomb
- Rothko Chapel
I had no idea who was sponsoring the “Hell on Walkers” tour. Seems fitting. Thanks for the tips. It’s a hard no in the Astros but everything else sounds promising.
Yes, that’s been the joke for about 30 years and it’s finally come true.I had no idea who was sponsoring the “Hell on Walkers” tour. Seems fitting.
