We know drboobay would have been one of the last rats off the ship. When he got to that point, there probably wasn't another fan within 50 yards of him. With all due respect, I don't think his arm is good enough to endanger the other 50 people attending the game. Now if he could kick something at them.....

I may feel differently if Dickson had been the one to extend Konkol. Since that was Moore’s deal then I’m afraid you’re stuck with him for awhile.

If his focus is only football then the current staff could flounder for a couple more years until he turns his focus there. If he is looking at all sports equally then if the ship don’t get righted soon he may be gone. That said if we don’t beat MVSU and southwest Christian then he might not make it the rest of the year this year.

The stadium is just like any NFL stadium. I am a season ticket holder for the commanders so I am there all the time. It’s expensive as hell but good views. I will be seeing Metallica there in May. I am not sure how it is for a concert but a football game you have great views.

We should have picked up 3 goldies every year, and discarded the crowd fearing, I'm not gonna pick up the tee ones. We could have given them to some loving TU families, until we got one that could do it.

Elon, as far as I know, doesn't have an interest in eliminating the FDIC. He thinks there is duplicative regulatory issues. He loves to just destroy things and just see what happens afterwards. He didn't have to live with that burden at Twitter and he lost lots and lots of clients.

Tesla has had issues with getting insurance going. But that is an function of them not understanding acturial science.

Eliminating fdic insurance will only push more favouritism towards big banks.

The banks, insurance companies and exchanges love to bitch about regulators but there have been some spectulor failures in the last few decades from Merril Lynch, Wachovia, AIG, Washington Mutual, First Republic, lehman to SVB and FTX. Some of what occurs in that industry is likely excessive others isn't and rightfully so. At the end of the day, usually compliance has made the industry better for the public, not worse.

The crypto guys don't believe they should be regulated at all and it is a total joke. They want to market themselves as securities as investments but not be regulated like them. Then new ones pop up left and right like $HAWK and people lose spectacularly on them. NFTs were the new hotness for a while until everyone realized what a frighin scam they were
