Not really, but he will be given at least another year. We only have a real chance of getting 6 wins because the league is really crappy. I think getting older might solve some of the problems. I think between Francis & Carpenter, we have a decent QB on the roster. I think he needs the young OL to grow up, and bring in a fuller roster of OL next year, with a few better transfers(not easy in today's environment w/out nil)
I think he needs to let our very young DB's grow up, and ditch several of them in the offseason. It really pisses me off that the DC we had left us in the learch, going to Indiana at the last minute. I think if Wilson thinks he can get a better DC then he should do so, but not just fire the one we've got to get one that is the same or worse. We really have a decent DL, which is an amazing recruiting job. I hope nobody goes after DB Green next year.
I think we won't have a decent coaching pool to pick from if we can Wilson after year 2, and I think we should use next year to gauge whether this year was caused by a young team, as much or more than Wilson's coaching ability. I think we should seriously be having this conversation after game 7 next year. I think that the reaction after this game is not serious and is a knee jerk reaction.
That’s a lot of great work but with many teams changing out 8-9 players each, the NET from last year means very little. So I took a look over the schedule and this is what I have so far. We play 31 games and 1 exhibition
Q1 - 1
Q2 - 7
Q3- 8
Q4 - 11
Two teams missing due to the tournament not being filled yet
We have 1 Division 2 opponent and one NAIA opponent that is not an Exhibition so those dont count towards the Q status.
We are missing two for the Jacksonville Classic and apparently the tourney is still trying to find two teams to round out the field. Currently in the field are Austin Peay (ASUN), Detroit Mercy (Horizon), Georgia State (Sun Belt), Rhode Island (A 10), UT Arlington (WAC), (2 teams available). They have a Coast Bracket and a Bay Bracket. The higher level of conference goes in the Coast and the lesser conferences go in the Bay. We should be in the Coast. Who we play will depend on who they get. I am sure that Rhode Island will be in our bracket but who else will be in there I have no idea.
This is what the Q status for the teams we play and where we play them if last years net is utilized.

Haggerty now comes off as a mega douche judging by his social media. This is the Ewing theory at work if you ask me.Haggerty was selected as AAC pre season player of the year by Lindy’s magazine. It all depends on two things. 1. How the refs call his instituting fouls and 2. if he develops a better three point shot. He was not nearly as good as our Steve Harris.

Lost us multiple games last year because he always wanted the ball.
He will be mediocre at best in Memphis. Good riddance
There’s some high level ecnl coaches in the Dallas area. I would hope TU at least takes at look at that area when our women’s job opens up. A coach with ecnl contacts in Dallas would be a huge plus for the program.I wish I would have known that before the game. Not that it would have changed the way I saw the game. They were well drilled, very technical, and sound tactically. Everything I could hear from my side of the field, he also was a good teacher during the game. Maybe got upset only once and it was about a quick, rash decision by a player to clear a ball that ended up in a turnover and put the team in a poor position and susceptible to a counter.
That is state law. Doesn't affect federal laws, which is what you were addressing.it's on the ballot here in AZ to strengthen the current laws on the books to allow more.
You missed your opportunity to be a 'fan boy'? 😜I wish I would have known that before the game.

It was Saturday’s game. My daughter occasionally trains with a girl who plays for that team. Tatu is their coach. He has coached that group for years.
The ratings of the traditional Army Navy game shouldn't matter to the AAC. I don't think the conference has any financial interest in that one.The second game will receive much lower ratings than the first if this comes to pass. Would rather see a Memphis or Tulane in that game against Army/Navy.

When are the playoffs announced? Hopefully before that extra game. If so then no harm.
