He is one of 250 other non-blue blood coaches dealing with the same issues.Just a one year extension on a 6 year contract with 4 years left I suspect. Some would not call that much of an extension. But he could be the hardest working coach we have had in a long time and the players seem to love playing for him. (Compare that to Memphis) Just his luck of the draw to be hired the year the portal and NIL crippled the recruiting and retention efforts of teams like Tulsa.
One of those weird times I will be cheering for ou
I'm not sure Konkol will ever be more than a good coach but in every other way he's a perfect fit. After we gave Wojick a 20 year extension based on nothing, I guess I have low standards for extensions. I'd rather extend a so so coach who's a good guy and spreads fun and happiness than a so so coach who's a d bag.Just a one year extension on a 6 year contract with 4 years left I suspect. I looked at their page too, hey I know we all melt here , but man . nothing like they do!They are upset about the peer comment on their board haha
Besides that, we need another guru who is always over budget and behind schedule, to tell us how to save $10 while he costs us $100. Go get um mr bankruptcy boss. He always points out the intelligence of those who endorse him. Sorry for your feelings of inadequacy Mr Trump.Great, another accountability and efficiency panel planning a big audit. Throw it on the pile, I am sure everyone involved in this massive audit of the entire government will work for free and it will pay for itself with all the fraud it finds, right?
It won't just add a new permanent watchdog that needs to be funded and creates ever more bloat and red tape and creates more paperwork and writings of justifications for every little expense which costs man hours, productivity, and ultimately is not cost-efficient and hurts morale, right?
I can assure you that the government already spends far more than most businesses trying to do this. Abuses exist and always will, but there comes a point where it is no longer cost effective to root it out because it is rare enough and the amount of effort it takes to get 100% compliance costs much more than the last 1% is worth.
I could give you a thousand examples of that, and if we ever meet in a bar, maybe I will. The point is, we already frequently spend $100 to save $10 in the name of accountability.
Since we are talking about the public sector, maybe that is an acceptable cost as government needs to be more transparent with taxpayer dollars than private industry. There's a bigger trust issue at play than with private industry, and trying to prevent fraud (at any cost) which might make the news does help to engender that trust. But I don't think we need more than we already have. Perhaps better communication of those efforts to the public would help.
Stalkers! They are upset about the peer comment on their board haha
One of those weird times I will be cheering for ouPlease, please let UH go 0-12 this year.......
We’re better than last year imo. Roster has more talent. The OSU transfer is the real deal. We won’t win the conference thanks to Memphis but a top 1/3 finish in conference is realistic.Yeah, 2-1 final for TU. I thought it was going to be a replay of the Pine Bluff game when TU scored a minute and a half into the game. TU dominated possession and chances really but then they'd lose a winger or take a chance defensively and miss and then they'd have to scramble around. A&M-Commerce wasn't very fast and they struggled to keep the ball but TU's backline just loses focus too much.
Temple misses Uconn.Shoot 😂 the mounds Golden Eagle will too !
