We completely lost focus about halfway through the 3rd. I think from there until the end of the 3rd we had something like 7 straight possessions end in a turnover. Ain't gonna win doing that. This team and Coach Nelp need to figure it out. This is the 3rd straight year we've had a great start to the season only to drop a game like this to a team we should have beaten handily. No one is goi g to take you seriously if you can't take care of business in games like this.

Temple was way too physical for us, and the refs let them get away with it. There were countless times when our player was in position, and hands on the ball, for a defensive rebound when wham, they would be bumped off the ball by a Temple player. And on offense, every one of Temple's drives to the basket began with a shoulder thrown into a TU player's chest or midsection. Maybe one or two of them was called. The roughhouse stuff seemed to have an affect on TU, especially Poindexter, who was largely ineffective.
