On the sideline, you tell your DL to stay completely still. Theres no way they were going to snap that ball.
During the timeout before that play you could read Monty’s lips saying “Hard count. Hard count. Hard count.” over and over again. A lot of that is just on Player for jumping.
agree. monty doesn't deserve them. but he can take zach with him. if zach comes back next year with monty and is the starter. i 'm not watching a single game.
I have no doubt Monty told them it's a hard count. I love player but he falls for every hard count there is. It wasnt just him though, 2 others jumped as well. Just ashame that's how it ends
This loss is 100% on poor coaching decisions by Monty...
I hate losing. We need a mobile QB to add another dimension to the offense. If we had to lose this was probably the best way. Made conference a lot of money.

That 3rd and 9 where Cincy chucked it 20 yards was the dagger. Tulsa played a hard game. Smith was the weakest player on both sides of the ball.
Zaven has dealt with turf toe for over a month ,but he’s gutting it out.
