Joe Biden

I hope he can be someone who unites the country more than he divides it. I know that not every policy or action he takes will be popular. I at least think he will be able to restore some class and dignity back to the office though.

The US has a lot of work to do in terms of making the 21st century as successful as the 20th century was. Hopefully that work begins in January.

Hopefully most Americans have had a enough with fighting and going no where. One WSJ Op-ed sees relief in the hopes that a fractured Congress will create an opportunity for moderates on both sides to work together and avoid grid lock. That would set a healthy example for the rest of the country. Let's hope the glass is half full.

My hope is that he doesn’t significantly harm Oklahoma’s oil and gas industry. The $13B in yearly tax revenue along with tens of thousands of related jobs would be next to impossible to replace.

Other than that I wish him all the success if it leads to success for America.

Biden's Covid team is a refreshing approach to tapping into America's best and brightest medical and public health experts.

Our new president, I pray for God to give Joe wisdom during this time, a lot of stuff I don’t agree with , but I will respect him as my president
I have already heard the Republicans say they will block, slow play, and do whatever is necessary to make sure he and his staff are treated just as Trumps was. It’s going to get ugly. Harris will need all the prayers she can get to lead us through that knife fight!

The Republicans that are crying are the ones who sacrificed their own integrity to further their careers on Trumps coat tails.
Sad they're continuing that mantra by putting revenge above country.

The job of that task force just got a lot easier with the news today from Pfizer

Glad you think so!
Do you think he'll fire and sh1t on everyone who disagrees with him until he brings in a nonexpert that has no integrity that will say whatever he wants them to?
He might but, I doubt it.
Remember, Political appointees are not the same as Career Gov employees and can be removed at anytime no matter how long they were there before. The problem with many senior career gov employees is they get stuck on their own ideas. They think their ideas of policy are the only way and when you get to places like the State Department, they are almost exclusively filled with people from 5 Universities. It’s group think at its finest. When Trump arrived and asked questions, the answer was “This is how we have always done this”. Needless to say that didn’t fly. Many Gov employees got complacent and refused to think outside the box and got criticized for it rightfully so. Biden and every other President will experience the exact same challenge. Working in the same job your whole career doesn’t mean you are the best person to lead an organization. Many of the political appointees brought in flat out got stuff done. If Biden doesn’t keep his foot on the pedal, we will take a step back!

Yep. Assuming their last rounds of testing go well.
Transport of the product is an issue right now too since it has be kept "super cold." I haven't read if that's -10c or -100c though.

This also isn't the first, "COVID-19 vaccine brining very positive results with hundreds of millions of doses available soon" breaking news we've seen in the last few months.

But, hopefully this is "the one" as I'm done with this crap!

I'm talking about his appointees.
I get a lot are released are each new President and new ones brought on but, the number of HIS folks HE has fired is higher than for any other President. Not to mentioned all of the ones he chose to publicly sh1t on.

Everyone is replaceable and Political appointees and presidential staff members all serve at the pleasure of the President. Every leader has their own style on how they handle things. Many of those appointees that caught the ire of the president in many cases brought it on themselves through their actions. I won’t justify Trumps response as that’s not my style but I don’t blame him either!

True, but it is expensive, hard to transport, and requires multiple doses over a month The current administration has shown no ability to manage mass distribution of even simpler, less fragile items.

Hopefully some of the other candidate vaccines will be easier and less expensive to produce and use. Also better treatments for those who get Covid would make a huge difference. Regeneron's cocktail is also expensive and very hard to produce in quantity, but there are others in development.

can you say Croney.

Eli Lili just announced its own monoclonal cocktail similar to Regeron’s. Requires IV infusion and slow to ramp up, but progress.

😂 The Minute he found out Republicans pulled a Play from the Dem 2016 playbook. 😂

Joe is closing in on 80,000,000 votes. Where were these people during the campaign? At most of his rallies he couldn't attract enough people to fill a phone booth. I guess they were at home filling out their mail in ballots.

Uh... yeah they were.

Now he want to do away with states 'Right to work' and require all workers must be union and allow, (require) illegal to join. Can you say inflation. Can you say government control: socialism.

Isn't it time to start a mueller type j investigation into the Biden campaign.

Then after that, he should be impeached for conluding with a foreign country to protect his son.

All the while we have the mothers March for decency for Mr groper and top dem donors epstein and weistein.

Also a march for the dems lack of science when it comes to DNA and sex.

I would bet my last penny that the investigation part leading to impeachment is already in motion my friend. The key is Georgia. I could imagine impeachment happening in the lead up to the midterms. It could sway everything to the right.
