It's 1630 now & the USA kicks off in 30 mins.v. Ghana. U S A! U. S. A.! U. S. A.!

Well, for anyone who gives a bleep, the US team beat Ghana 2/1. The victory is more sweet than bitter because we need the points but Josey is probably done for the WC with a pulled hammy after only 20 minutes. Clint Dempsey scores @ 36 seconds into the match, they finally tie up around 80 mins & John Brooks, a sub for Besler who also tweaked a hammy, heads in the winner on a corner kick @ 85 mins. BTW, Dempsey's goal is either the 5th or 6th fastest is WC history.

I give a bleep. Klinsmann plan works out or he gets lucky one or the other but his young players came through yesterday. Brooks goal at the 87 minute was perfect. GO USA!!!!

Got three point but Australia played really well. FIFA rated Holland #15(which is ridiculous) two spots behind the USA and it looked like that today.

Again great job by the Socceroos they played well.

Still want to finish first in the B division so hopefully don't have to face Brazil in the knock out round.
