ITS GAME DAY!!!!!!!!!!

We finally get to play again and it is our conference opener.

We have a small slate of games today and it got smaller this past Thursday when Houston had to pause activities due to a positive test and contact tracing on the Cougars team the previous Tuesday. They have already rescheduled the game against UCF to January 17th in Houston.

Todays games

Wichita State at Tulsa 6:00 P.M. ESPNU
Bacone at Oral Roberts 7:00 P.M.
UCF at Houston POSTPONED to January 17th

Yes....This game may well set at least an early pattern for our team performance
against good competition.....We have a lot of new players, but many of them have
quite a lot of D-1 experience in good programs......

Barring too much foul trouble on our key people, we should be able to do this......

The line has moved from Tulsa -3 yesterday to Tulsa -1 today.

We don't know what our final starting lineup, because Haith plays with it a lot at the beginning of seasons. But it is possible he will be starting, and certain he will be playing. He has started in some of our 3 games.(Can't remember if he started all 3.)

Haith has started the same 5 in each of our 3 games and Haywood had been 1 of those starters. We’ll see if he sticks with them tonight.
