FAU game thread - Adventures in Switzer land

Okay,top three?
I just don't think it's possible to get your head around this team, they're bipolar to the max. Any team that falls behind 45-2 or whatever at half to a 2-9 team should be 0-12. But this team won 3 games and almost a 4th, and the teams that we beat weren't the worst teams on the schedule. How do you get crushed by FAU and Temple but beat UTSA? It makes no sense, how can you explain that?

The Burns teams were more traditionally bad, they just lost to everyone as you'd expect.

The reason given seems very minor to me. He read an inappropriate word, I’m assuming the n word, that was on a player’s iPad.

IDK about Gundy but usually if something seems borderline it's bc the employer only discloses the tip of the iceberg. Everyone, including the employer, looks bad if the full iceberg is disclosed so it's self-preservation by all sides. My vote is no sloppy seconds from OSU. Ever.

Official HC Speculation Thread

Todd Graham brought in the greatest overall talent at TU since the 1940's . Even then some posters
thought he was too gruff and mean to the players, never mind the successful seasons we had under
his regime. I never saw his players"give up" during a game or season like this 2024 bunch , it's hard
to comprehend getting beat six times by over 30 points unless there is a talent shortage .
To the extent people had problems with Graham, it was bc his teams couldn't play defense and he couldn't win the big game. I think people would have preferred that he not be as much of an A hole but I don't recall anyone saying he should be fired or anything
