One thing we have seemed to pick up from Haggerty is how to play to be fouled.
DEI has become a boogeyman. No one can reason with you. DEI doesn’t matter to shoot a rifle, etc. no , but it takes away from time spent training to shoot a rifle, etc.
And I sound like a country bumpkin who refused to fight next to a black kid? lol. I wonder if my black wife, nieces, nephews, stepdaughters, stepson, great nieces, brothers in law and sisters in law think that I would not fight next to them. Aston, you have nothing but pulling the race card. That doesn’t work with this country bumpkin. You're like the kid that wants to keep playing till he wins. I have better things to do.
No more trying to discuss something with you. What a waste of my time.
It's a bit more nuanced than this.PS. DEI doesn’t really matter to shoot a rifle, sleep in a trench, or drive a tank. You can be black, brown, green, or almond…. Gay straight, male, female or both. If you pull the trigger and the guy shooting at me dies then what difference does it make to me if you sit when you pee?

What you actually sound like is the country bumpkins in WWII who refused to fight beside a black kid. “All of this diversity is ruining the army!”
PS… if you haven’t checked, most of the Chinese military’s regulars are roughly the stature of my wife.
Can Congress inquire as to why other Congressmen ransom disaster relief funds in the same manner?Fair. When the Wash Post and the local sheriff dismantle the militia story in minutes, it’s not clickbait. And often a situation resolved short of hearings due to the confidential nature of personnel actions. Congress should persist with inquiries and I hope they do.
If you were ever wondering what it felt like to be the night lookout on the titanic… this is pretty much it.THAT IS INSANE
THAT IS INSANEMeanwhile…. In La-la land… Trump pegs known pedophile Matt Gaetz as Attorney General.
When asked for comment one of his fellow Republican house member literally replied “Are you $hitting me!?!?”
You said “the military is like a business” I quoted it.I never said the military was like a business. I said they both have organizations that answer to people that they must satisfy by making the organizations efficiently run to meet stated objectives. If you can’t see or understand what programs like DEI does/have done to our military then nothing anybody says will change your mind.
It does have to do with efficiency. Whether our military can face the enemy prepared or face them saying, “look at how diverse we are”? “We might not be able to fight or effectively operate our equipment, but we have 15 different genders and can name everyone’s preferred pronouns.
It’s back to the Alley for me.

If you can’t see or understand what programs like DEI does/have done to our military then nothing anybody says will change your mind.Neither the Military nor the country writ large are like a business. There are no profits to be made. Cutting programs in the name of efficiency is not always the proper solution given the goals of the organization.
Thanks, I didn't see that. Even more in our favor.I followed the game and wondered why Zach Reinhardt, who scored 15 pts
with 4 rbs and 3-6 from 3-pt range against us, only played 2 minutes against USF. This morning I found out he was ejected for a foul. He was a key player for them against us.
I haven’t watched Fox or any news on TV since 2017. Sorry, but I don’t fit into your stereotypes. But keep trying.Looks like you live been watching too much Fox “News”
No reason why we can’t start seeing higher level tournaments now with Scheels on board. Exciting times for Tulsa area soccerYes the level on this tournament is elevated, I never said it wasn't.
Oh, they love beer and other more powerful drinks.Grab a beer and go over to the ORU section and hold it up proudly and chug! Then offer to buy one for any of the ORU students in attendance. Since I know the dean of students will be there it would be interesting to see how many might take you up on it 🤣

Be extra loud for me Damon. Thanks.
The only ORU students going are the ones who get free tickets from their Student Association if they opted to buy any. Students at ORU are not paying money to TU and their support of heathen lifestyles 🤣Will we have as many students as ORU ? Both schools may give incentives to attend.
I get this reference and it's a lot closer to truth than you realizeEli and Jesse will not be there. But I heard reports of a Baby Billy sighting!
Yes the level on this tournament is elevated, I never said it wasn't.The variety of competition is quite high compared to playing six other WSA teams, which most of their tournaments are these days.
Yeah, the days of TU having 36 players on the roster are done when most of those kids were given a spot on the roster to get them to TU because it helped enrollment numbers and also with some cash flow. The Olympics have been doing that for years, rowing being one of those sports that brought in huge numbers. Reality is a lot of those players beyond spot 24 were never going to see the field in a game, even in the preseason. Yes, it sucks for a few of them this year as coaches work through this transition.I believe that’s correct. However the number of ships is limited to roster spots so girls soccer has a maximum of 24 ships a school can give out. The problem for next year is schools have already signed their classes. So if they currently have a 30 player roster depending on how many graduating seniors there are those schools are going to have to move some girls off the rosters. I believe most will do the right thing and honor the money commitment. I’m not sure how many schools will give out 24 fill rides for soccer. My guess is most will not. We should know soon enough. There were a number of committed players this year who got caught up in the new numbers game and had to look elsewhere. Not a great deal.
