What someone makes, what is guaranteed, what is reported as base and incentives, and what it takes to buy out/terminate can all be very very different.
I thought I read he was making $1.6/yr
Tulsa needs to think outside the box and be the first university to offer an incentive based pay structure.
Your salary is contingent on how many wins you get each season. Why should it be any different than a commission-based job?
I don’t think a close game guaranteed him another season, but it may have bought him a couple more weeks.Temple fires their HC after a win. Playing ECU close shouldn’t be a reason to keep KW another season
I don’t think he’s staying, but if he does I’ll be done going into gamesif he stays, get out of the way of the mass exedus; players, fans and credibility
I can’t understand what people are seeing. If Johnny never took the field again for the national team I would be a happy camper.Sounds like Cardoso is a target of both Aston Villa and Tottenham for the winter transfer window. Obviously he is playing at a level that is coveted by some high level teams. Haven't seen that with USMNT really but not sure he's really had that opportunity or maybe the style isn't best suited to his strengths.
That is what was reported when he was hiredHow do we know he's making 2M per year? I doubt if anyone besides TU, Wilson and his accountant know the real figure. If it is 2M, then I'm really shaking my head over such dumbassery.

He is on year 2 of a 5 year contract that pays him about 2 Mil a year. Temple is a Public University graduating almost 9,000 a year and Tulsa is a Private University graduating about 3500 a year. Temple gets funded by the state and is in an area that can get donors a lot larger than Tulsa. So unless you got a side piece that wants to pony up about 5 million in cash to fire this guy, then you need hop on the train for at least one more year.

Agree. There is no doubt in my mind she was paid to publish that BS pollI have no doubt she will have plenty to spend in retirement. Probably tax free.

I have no doubt she will have plenty to spend in retirement. Probably tax free.Ann Selzer is retiring after her poll’s 16 point miss earlier this month.
Or (crazy idea), we reduce his minutes while giving him a chance to find his game again. And keep him on campus with a chance to enhance our graduation rate.Reed isn’t a D1 player anymore. He needs to hit the road and leave the program.

Particularly when Jared returns so we don’t have to play Reed or Behrends
Thanks! I overlooked that and it works great for each sport I am interested in adding to my iPhone calendar. In the past there was an overall calendar that had all sports on it and that’s the link I couldn’t find. This works much better. Are you on Android? I can show you how to manually add it in Basketball and you can repeat the procedure in whatever sports you want. You go to the link below, and tap on the encircled + icon just below the Days/Hours/Minutes/Seconds before the next game, on the left hand side of the screen, just to the right of the printer icon.(on the cojmputer it will say add to calendar next to the encircled +. but it wont say that on the phone) Tap on the other/calendar icon at the bottom right hand of the app app icons. (You can try to add it to Google Calendar, but that didn't work for me.) After you have selected Calendar/Other, tap on download at the bottom left of the screen. It gives you a choice to add all, letting you know they can't be taken away.(Unless you do it individually.) Add it, and you've added basketball.
Now you can select the next sport to add by tapping on the white calendar icon on blue background at the top, on the right of the section w/ search/shopping cart/calendar icon. Tap on Mens Basketball selection to the left of the gold calendar icon, and change to the next sport you want to add. Tap the gold calendar icon in order to go to the sport you just selected, and you have the + icon to right of the printer icon to start on the next sport.
