There’s really not much you can do about kids who are either started late or held back. This is very rare on the girls side but more common on the boys. The advantages of playing with your recruiting class far outweigh the negatives imo. Recruiting from both the college and player standpoint just go a lot easier. There will be some chaos initially with both clubs and parents. This will subside as the teams are worked out.
