I know the popular sentiment is that if TG is successful there, he’d be a natural target here. I suspect if he has success in the rainbow state, his britches will be way too big to come back here.
It'll be a nice vacation before he comes home after we move on next season. We did the same thing when he went to Rice. The AAC is a better conference, we pay better, make more, higher level.of exposure and he can run wild on his old stomping grounds for recruiting.
The only way he would come back or could come back would be if Upham rises from the dead and starts up again with his no money down spending.
When he was unemployed and basically unhireable, Tulsa looked pretty good to him. Probably not anymore.
