But as you say improvement is possible with a growth mindset.Yeah, we have people on here who use Twitter attacks, trying to pin people into extreme things that they didn't say, you're obviously more interested in a conversation than in "winning" the debate. I agree that his performance at LaTech was good (but not great), I don't think there's any chance we see the hapless failure continue. I'd be surprised if he didn't settle in at 18 - 20 wins a year with occasional seasons of 14 or 24. Just a question of whether that's good enough.
