Is it just my computer or are there others...

As my computer absolutely hates this site...

Every time I try to read a thread or try to post I get a SECURITY ALERT notice and other garbage that is totally frustrating...

Doesn't happen to me, I run out of memory and have to refresh the site if I leave it up for several hours, before I come back to it. I also have problems getting my keyboard to respond immediately more than on other sites. But no security alerts.

Sounds like you have a conflict with it and the program providing the security alerts, or like you have a virus. My guess is the former rather than the latter.

What program is giving the security alerts? Windows or some other program like Norton?

I have an HP Envy that runs Windows....

@TU Sepp, do you have any third party antivirus like Norton, Avira, etc? What program is throwing out those security alerts? Or are you just using the Windows native antivirus, Defender I think it's called?
