NBC is talking about Texit. Sounds like usual Texas tall tales to me.

But Rhodexit just sounds so natural. When you're on the road you take the road exit lane. Okexit, no way that we could afford it. Louisiexit, nah. I'm not sure I have ever believed that Rhode Island is really there. I have never met anyone from there. And it's still way bigger the Monaco and half the size of Luxembourg. They might qualify for foreign aide.

The only problem is the real name, Rhodeislandandprovidenceplantationsexit just doesn't sound as catchy.

"Texit" at least sounds like a combination of the words, I'll give them that. "Brexit", just no.

FWIW, Texas isn't talking about it. We're concerned with mothers gunning down their daughters in broad daylight in the front yard to spite their father at the moment.
