Mandatory buybacks are confiscation. I don’t think that will be implemented federally and I don’t think it’s relevant to a conversation about what happened at the Capitol, but when someone says that, “taking away your guns” is literally what they mean.

Just bought a lever action for target shooting this Christmas... still wouldn’t care if there are mandatory buybacks.
