Hats off to Monty

Played for John Cooper and have been a faithful follower of TU since. Monty is the best coach we've had. We are two years removed from the Blankenship debacle and I am confident that this team could compete with (and beat) many of the teams in #10-25 range.

As a former offensive linemen, this O-Line is special.

It's going to be to watch the idiots at Texas break the bank on Herman. We had the first draft pick a couple of years ago and made the better choice.

The proof for these coaches being exceptional can be seen in the progress. I've always thought that you can't judge a coach by how good a team is at one point in time, but rather how they progressively get better from game to game and season to season. Coach Montgomery and his staff are earning their pay in that regard. As MVC said, to get to where we are now from just 2 years ago is all you need to know about the job they have done. I am confident it only keeps getting better.
