From a recruiting standpoint, this staff definitely needed to get younger....Much
younger!!.....The old timey coaching expertise was fine, but the recruiting energy
and ability to relate to young recruits simply wasn't there.....I hope the move is not
too late....We have a major task in getting some (enough) core players for the
2016 season......

Haith has also brought in Dave Reiter (pronounced 'writer') as the new director of basketball operations. He worked with Haith in 2012-14 at Mizzou, where he was assistant athletic director for strategic communications.

These new additions should definately make this a better team. With a huge return of players we should definately make some noise this season. November can't come soon enough.
