Tulsa Travels to Philly today to take on the Temple Owls. Tulsa lost a close one to the Owls at home last month. Lets see If we can get a true road win today against Temple.

There are 15 games today and most are this afternoon with a couple this evening. No really exciting games except maybe the SMU at Wichita State game.

And 1

Both of the Basketball teams have to win the conference tournament or they will not get any post season play. The NIT is out for the Men but the women stil have a small chance to make the NIT. If they take very many more losses other than UCF they might not make the NIT.

Tulsa Travels to Wichita this afternoon. The rest of these games are must win for positioning in the Conference Tournament.

Wichita State got another win by beating SMU 72-57 in Dallas. Tulane is on their turnaround and beat ECU by 20. We have ECU at the Reynolds Center on Tuesday.

Since we are in February we are now looking at positioning in the conference tournament. To get a bye in Round 1 you need to be in the top 5. Tulsa Women are number 7 right now. They are 3 games behind USF; however, USF beat Tulsa in their only meeting this year so to pass USF they would have to best them by 4 games. With 7 remaining including today that is a very tall order since USF has only lost 1 game. They are within 2 games of SMU, Temple, Tulane and Memphis. Catching these teams is possible since Memphis has 5 losses and Tulane has 4 losses like TU. Temple has 3 losses and that is easy to catch with 7 games left, 8 if they get the Cincinnati game rescheduled.
