Clancy Out as TU President

Or maybe someone is throwing around Largent's name.

A new Lawless would be great. Best Prez in recent decades.

I wonder if Howland will apply? I'd put him and Levit on the same level.

Different opinions but probably similarly capable of what is needed.

Well you still get small class sizes and personalized attention.

At least as of today.

Is a degree from TU worth the cost.

My grandson got accepted to tu. Even with a 4 year 80k scholarship it is still more than ou as an out of State student
Here would be my answer, interested in others' take (I'm sure my item drafting makes you shudder in disgust, drb):
* Is he at risk of "failure to thrive" or drop out in the first year (due to lack of social support or role modeling around education, secondary education that did not prepare him for college, etc.)? If yes, score 1 for TU, otherwise 0.
* Does he need more than normal guidance and support to track his way and do best in a very supportive, safe environment rather than one that is more ambiguous, free and driven? If yes, score 1 for TU, otherwise 0.
* Does he know pretty much for sure what he wants to do, and it's one of the "area of focus" programs at TU? If yes, score 1 for TU, otherwise 0.
* Is he driven and focused on career and academic success as a very high priority for him over his life? If no, score 1 for TU, otherwise 0.

3 or 4, TU is probably a good choice. 0, 1 or 2, probably not a good choice.

He's not a theater major is he?
