Woodward literally took a side against Nixon because Nixon kept attacking the Post for writing about his shady activities. Woodward then did something similar against Trump just this year
I distinctly remember Shon telling me that a significant number of African Americans were going to leave the Democratic Party due to them finally being freed from the 'plantation' (what a farce). Turns out that was not true as evidenced by their important contributions to the tallies in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia after Democrats fought to allow their voices to be more clearly heard than ever.
I for one would like to thank the African Americans from those and all other regions for being able to see through the Trump campaign's pandering and shady tactics trying to decrease their electoral effectiveness. I sincerely hope that the next 4 years and beyond can be a boon for those communities and that social equality, peace, and prosperity can become just as achievable everywhere in our country as it has been for our country's more prosperous communities in the past and I hope that we can finally begin to integrate our splintered and (sadly) still segregated society into a more cohesive one. Hopefully, someday the fight for equality will be long past us and maybe even someday we will have differing viewpoints on issues outside of race that do split some people of any race from the current group we have. That day will be a joyous one because we will know that our work to make each man or woman treated fairly will finally be done.

When we had the less biased media, we didn't elect an idiot like Trump.
So everything has gone downhill. We used to respect science/scientists, used to have a better education system that respected liberal art. We used to respect our intelligentsia. Respected elders were respected because of the wisdom they gained. Closing of the American Mind has never been so proven.
The Overall number of blacks who voted for Trump did increase in this election just as I said. Just not as much as I predicted. However it is clear that the Dems have a huge Hispanic problem and won’t win another presidential election if they can’t fix it.
The point was you are dissing people on this board that have its' respect, because they are caling you crazy as a loon. It is 'they' not an individual. The reality of your C.V. is a triviality/minutiae to the post.
Treat others how you want to be treated. I respect everyone here but make no mistake about it, if you say disrespectful things to me, don’t be surprised what comes back to you! I have and continue to be civil even to you until you start with personal attacks
