Off topic, but has anyone else been around long enough to remember S&T (Sick & Tired) from AZ’s blue board? That poor guy complained about everything then got offended when everyone didn’t agree with his brand of crazy.

Doom scrolling on X and "College Football Classics" has posted #5 Boise St vs Tulsa circa 2009. Lost 28-21 on short throw to Charles Clay on 4th and 6. I was at that game.

I am so pissed right now that I remember where we used to be.

I hope that Missouri S & T is better than expected. I still think their #34 is actually a good player.

Looks like the Key to beating Northeastern State is 3 point defense. They have better wide open shooters than us.....Phipps, Allen, Washington....But we should be much stronger inside. (If we have Garcia) They also have Edwards 6'8" , a guard/forward who was a 4 star recruit at DePaul as well as Washington was All American JUCO. So we can't take this team lightly. With way too many players entering the transfer portal each spring, even D2 teams end up with former D1 players. That makes playing D2 teams more interesting than in the past.

I sure hope we see a different (much better) TU team tonight. I might have too high of expectations for this year’s team, but I expect to see continued improvement this season.
After that disappointing exhibition game, I will be watching tonight’s game for signs of improvement.

I don’t care if it’s an exhibition, the number 1 team in the country, or Little Sister’s of the Poor, at this point I just want to see Ws pile up. We have the schedule that it should be the expectation but I have 0 expectations right now.

I blame the past two basketball season and the state of the football program for my low expectations. I know nothing about the basketball team this year other than Archie is on it and a stud. But I’m excited.

The following is the policy of a certain Dallas based club.

U16 and above will have the option of staying with current team

My daughter is an August 2010 birthday but is a freshman. For players with August birthdays who are in the older grade they will have the option to play for with the older team or play correct age grouping. So she can play with either the 2009-2010 or 2010-2011 group.

The have always been players who play up. My understanding is the change won’t affect this option for players.

This year's tryouts with the impending birth date change (not official but official) is going to be wild. I wasn't around in 2017ish when it went to birth year. Try outs will be crazy...... What will clubs let kids do? It's all the talk at practices, texts, etc.......

What? That was not even what the question was about. The team we are playing literally has this game marked as an exhibition on their schedule and yet it will count for us. Aston wanted to know how that is possible. How can one team not count a game and another could. To which I said I dont know that is weird. To which no one has yet to explain that either. and what exactly did I object to??
