3-star Trotwood (OH) Madison quarterback Tim Carpenter committed to Tulsa on January 17. The former Indiana commit plans to sign with TU on February 7, bolstering an already impressive 2024 class for the Golden Hurricane. Tulsa will likely add up to three new signees during the regular February signing period.

Got the invite and went very informative met the guy who is the head of Hurricane Impact. Lot of the freshmen recruits and transfers were there. Wilson is a blast to listen to very funny.
