And I meant all of that. If you go back and look at the Texas thread, I said relief should be given and in a timely manner. I did say the Republican leaders in Texas should be chastised for holding their hand out while talking about secession. Same goes for California.

As far as Texas goes, you and I both know, having spoken to Texans before that they love to brag about their perception that they can leave any time they choose.

I’m married to a Texan so I’m very familiar with the “Republic”. That said…to my knowledge no high ranking Texas state official has ever taken the required steps to take the act of succession to a vote of the people.

That’s probably because if they did it would actually pass. Hahaha
