6-5 guard Keith Frazier has been ruled academically ineligible. SMU is appealing to the NCAA. Not sure on what basis. Frazier was starting and averaging 10.5 pts shooting 33% from three-point range and over 80% from the foul line. Although the are fairly deep, this has to hurt them.
