So to counter that, Franklin goes for a 4th and 1 inside his own 25 and fails. SMU in turns immediately throws another INT. SMUs defense has played pretty well. They haven't been scored on yet and have 2 4th down stops.

And Lashlee keeps calling for bubble screens even though PSU is sitting on the play.

Waiting for Bama fans to continue to think they should have been in the CFP over Indiana or SMU. The argument against them is they lost to 2 6-6 teams. SMUs 2 losses are a combined 6 pts to one team in the playoff (ranked) and a Big XII team who is also ranked. And Indiana had only lost one game to a team in the playoff. And Indiana was competitive last night except for the QB who couldn't hit the broad side of a barn.

SMU had to play mistake free football to have a chance in this game They are doing the opposite. Their young QB hasn’t seen a defense this good and it’s showing. I might be throwing bubble screens as well if my QB was throwing pick 6s every time he tried to throw downfield .
