So some TU fan on Twitter just posted a Bivariate Fit of Attendance by year for men's basketball on Twitter and Carson responded with this:

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">I think a unique selling point of an <a href="https://twitter.com/utulsa?ref_src=twsrc^tfw">@utulsa</a> education is that our fans don&#39;t just bemoan attendance, they do a &quot;Bivariate Fit of Attendance By Year&quot; and show the graph. That&#39;s what <a href="https://twitter.com/utulsa?ref_src=twsrc^tfw">@utulsa</a> excellence is all about, I say. <a href="https://t.co/gPQ9EU54Qw">https://t.co/gPQ9EU54Qw</a></p>&mdash; Brad Carson (@bradrcarson) <a href="">January 13, 2022</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

I guess that is what Tulsa excellence has to be about since it can’t be about things like winning.

At the mens basketball games there is the announced attendance and then the actual attendance which is about 20% to 25% of the announced attendance!
