Here's a story from the Tulsa World website:

Raymond Taylor has not gone far from Oklahoma State.
The former Cowboys running back, a starter for three games in 2015, is planning to join the University of Tulsa as a graduate transfer for the 2016 season. Taylor told the Tulsa World on Friday that he is in Tulsa and hopes to start practicing with the Golden Hurricane when fall camp begins.
There are some particulars to work out — mainly, his original transfer from Kansas State to OSU complicates things and requires a waiver to complete this transfer — but Taylor said he is hopeful it will work out soon and is excited about his new opportunity at TU.
“It’s an area I’m familiar with and it’s still close to my family,” said Taylor, who is from Wichita, Kansas. “So I thought it was a good decision to make.”
Taylor is not yet on the official team roster. Tulsa begins fall practice on Thursday.
Taylor joined OSU as a walk-on in 2013 after attending K-State for a year (he was not part of the Wildcats’ football program).
He rushed for 297 yards on 6.3 yards per carry in 2015, ranking third in yards behind J.W. Walsh and Chris Carson. Taylor also scored four touchdowns.
His best moment came in a 70-53 win at Texas Tech, when he ran five times for 58 yards and two TDs.
OSU’s backfield is crowded for 2016, even more so with the addition of Stanford transfer Barry J. Sanders. Taylor decided to try and find more of an opportunity for his final year of eligibility.
He walked at OSU’s graduation in May and finished his final class in June.
“I’m very grateful for all the opportunities Oklahoma State has given me, and it’s amazing and I’ve actually been shocked at how helpful they’ve been throughout this whole recruiting process in getting papers sent back and forth and stuff,” Taylor said. “They’ve been so quick and great. I loved it there.”
Taylor said the issue of needing a waiver due to his year as a student at K-State was something brought up to him by Tulsa’s compliance department.
TU employed a running back-by-committee approach in Philip Montgomery’s first season but relied heavily on power back Zack Langer, who punched in 18 TDs. With Langer having graduated, the Hurricane could use another playmaker at the position.
D’Angelo Brewer and Ramadi Warren, who combined for 1,312 yards and 12 TDs in 2015, received the majority of the carries during spring drills. TU also returns veteran contributor James Flanders, redshirt freshman Javon Thomas and walk-on Rowdy Simon.
