Official HC Speculation Thread

If he wouldn’t accept a buyout clause two years ago do you think he’ll suddenly accept one now?
I never even researched it because I figured there was one: (there was)

"One of the more notable aspects of Kinne’s previous contract was its unique buyout clause. Initially, it included a 50% buyout provision, meaning Texas State would owe Kinne half of his remaining deal if terminated, and Kinne would owe the same if he resigned. However, last year’s restructuring increased the buyout to 75% of the then-$5 million deal.

That meant if either party were to end the contract, the other would owe approximately $3.75 million. Had Kinne opted to pursue a higher-paying coaching role next offseason, the cost of his departure would’ve dropped to around $3 million — a substantial figure for the Bobcats."

That is his former contract. I'm assuming the next one will be structured similarly to the 75% restructuring he received last year. So that would be 5 x 2m x .75 = 7.5M buyout now.

We won't come up with Wilson's buyout, (between 3M & 4.5M) 7.5M buyout for Kinne, 2.5m minimum salary, increased salaries of assistants, and significant Nil. That new contract w/ buyout made it null and void.

Jake Spavital ... I pray
Charlie Weis, Jr

Jordan Davis
Erik Chinander DC
Greg Gasparato DC

Outside looking in/Should Interview:
GJ Kinne
Brennan Marion
Tashard Choice

Lots of DC's in your list of interviewers. Tons of OC's in your list of outsiders.

I would certainly throw an interview at Symons, Marion, Kinne if he would take the call and the sides were close.

Just please, no retreads.

Good Lawdy, people talking bout Todd Graham’s marriage when we should be freaking out somebody might consider Jake Spavital. I’m guessing “ey466555” is Big Al or Bill Haisten. Go suck a bag of dicks, you lovers!
