There was a GOOD rebound by Uconn when it was tied at 92, but they gave a foul on the rebound. Hurley got a technical because of the on court protest. That would have changed the game possibly.

NBA player Tyrese Hunter on Memphis went 7-10 from the three. Haggerty was 1-4 from the three but shot 14 free throws initiating contact and getting the calls. Hunter went to the NBA but returned this year as he was borderline 1st round. Penny gave up on the 5 star freshmen and got several 25 year old All-American type transfers. That will work. I suspect Hunter might make more at Memphis than he would in the NBA.

Haggerty only shot 4 free throws and was 1-4 again from the three but was a great rebounder. Hunter needs to be in the NBA now. Memphis has been the biggest beneficiary in the USA with the instant portal and unlimited NIL funding. They finally found out just getting all the 5 star Freshmen don't make you win everything.
