Nice to see the school actually spending money to encourage organized support from the students at games.
I'm not sure I would have chosen that name, since the school wouldn't permit any real hooliganism and it seems forced to describe a bunch of private school twenty somethings as hooligans anyway. But hey I'm not complaining if it helps the teams.
But it also means it is time for the local non-students to organize their own firm. 11th St. Army or whatever you want to call it. Get on it.
