We'll see how things go with shooting 3's now that the line has been moved back by almost 2 feet. And we'll see how the point of emphasis on "flopping" goes.

Listening to pre-game and Shea specifically mentioned Dubose (Number 0), a 6'4 Guard that shot 43.8% from 3 last year and averaged 17 ppg.

The two guards Jackson and Hill play together well and look more like guards of old.
Good to see Earley out there more. The press looks better when more pressure exerted.

We didn’t play very well early and had some bad calls early but the defense tightened up right before half and we have a 3 point lead. I’m ok with that for the first game. We need to keep it going after half time.

We can’t shoot. We don’t seem capable of even half decent half court defense. We have no desire on the defensive glass. We can’t wait 1/2 a season for Horne to decide to find the range. Right now the new 3pt line is outside his range.

Hill is going to be a stud. Jackson is getting better and the two of them in the 3/4 court press have created havoc so far. Maybe the 2 of them need to start. We still can’t defend the base line though. Way to many pts to give up to a scrub team and way too many offensive rebounds

The first exhibition game was the same - 1st half disorganized and 2nd half much better. This exhibition may wind up the same way.

Haven’t seen this many steals from a TU team in a while.
Got to finish at the rim.
Have to want the rebound. Did better at this late.
Not sure why we have players that can’t shoot.
If they can get some chemistry, it could be fun.
