RIP Terrible time for the family to deal with it. Holidays are going to be hard for several years for his family.
My cousin knows the family but I have not spoken with her about this. I do remember their excitement when he originally signed with TU. And then hearing he did not feel it was worth investing the effort and time when he saw no prospect of playing a significant role on the team.
