Appreciate the insight but my guess is he's not even on the radar. Interim coaches get such a bad rap mostly because they are taking over sinking ships in bad shape and frequently aren't given a ton of time to prove themselves or make the program their own. They're basically the Flex Seal infomercial guy trying to prevent the boat from completely submerging and not actually get it moving again.

I understand but Tulsa University successful coaches have been coordinators with no head coaching experience. Sometimes it pays to put a name in front of Management they didn't know. Shuan was successful in his interim tenure at Arizona State.
