We scour the portal each and every day for signings. Nothing. Not even a hint of a defensive lineman.

We need 1-2 more defensive lineman. Can we go to juco world?

Do you remember when I talked about musical chairs? They have done that in spades on the defense. I already knew they had done a little bit, now I have checked the roster in detail and saw how the game has continued. They moved 3 DE to LB.(White, McWilliams, & can't remember name) Then they moved one of the LBers back to DE(White) and moved a freshman LB to DE.(Ball) We are now 3 deep all the way across our DL plus one at DE.(3,3,3,4) Two players are not on the roster any longer. O'Keefe at S, and McWilliams DE/LB. That's too bad about O'keefe, I thought he was a decent player. They moved 3 DB's to LBer.(Garrett, Robinson, & Covington)

I still would feel more comfortable with another DT & probably another DE. But the numbers at DL are now ok as long as the players are relatively decent.
