Good hire, strong all around contributor, could be a good anchor for the team as a 3rd option and glue guy. Plus we get to say Sheboygan for the next year.

BTW, St. Thomas is the High Point of the north.
And he and Konkol drove the same roads in Wisconsin as high schoolers and speak the same language.

Good first get.

Guy with actual good numbers and who did very well in conference. Give me these guys over ones who've barely played at larger schools. We've got other commits, and they'll start to trickle out soon.

I love first team all-conference players from any league. Especially old players.

I also like that he started in DIII, suggests he's a scrapper and gritty, not expecting anything to be given to him and working hard for everything. That kind of fortitude has been missing in some of Konkol's teams, hopefully Miles's mindset is shared by the rest of the team. Honestly that'd probably be good for 2 or 3 extra wins alone, and if nothing else will make the team more fun to root for.

I think Konkol has learned that wins come from those older 35 game starter players who were leaders on their teams. Better freshmen are now available and you always take a chance with a few of the best of them. JUCO's have always been hit or miss and the more risky in many ways but we have had some great ones. But it seems every top 20 team is aiming for the MVP of the 10 lower conferences if they have eligibility left.

I think a lot of these guys become solid 3-7 guys on the roster but not a lot become a top 1 or 2 option on a very good higher conference team. You still need to find those top of the roster guys.

Still doesn't have the last three ingredients to compete at the top of the AAC........ First team all-conference PG plus a rim protector from the smaller conferences and also a couple more 38-43% 3 point shooters which you must have if the other team does not allow rim penetration.

Don't forget the fourth - you have to have 5 players to start a game.

A 7 footer from a start up charter school in Florida on his way to the NBA would be nice too.

We had one of those who went to the NBA. He is one of our all time leading shot blockers and rebounders but Wojcik couldn't get to the NCAA Tournament with him.

Yes. More guys named Jordan would help.

And yes, it takes more than players.

Looks like maybe the best one yet on the stats!

Somebody put their money where their mouth is. I'm no expert but seems to me that this is shaping up to be the best TU recruiting class in many years. That said, would be nice to have someone over 6'6" on the team.

BTW, Ade shot 46.5% 3PT while taking 6.4 shots a game. This wasn't some fluky hit 5 out of 11 on the year kind of thing. He hit them with the other team knowing it was coming.

I difference I see is these guys have actually produced and not just been riding the bench at bigger schools not playing. I like the direction we are taking so far

One thing is for sure, he’s getting the players he is asking for.

I’m not sure some of our previous coaches were allowed to recruit kids from I Don’t Know Where That Is Community College.

Shaping up to be a good recruiting class… now if only we could pay a better coach….

So we're giving him money and loosening the recruiting bonds. Almost like someone in charge really wants basketball to be successful.

Shocked Oh No GIF by Yêu Lu

PS, yeah I know the cat gif doesn't really fit but I love it so much.

He's done well thus far but a great PG , a rim protector, and another 3 point shooter are required to get it done. But we have time and money it appears.
