The SCOTUS ruling was actually a win for Democrats’ coup de judicia as it affirms that anyone with an ERO under Alien Enemies Act can be deported by Trump admin BUT not before giving them a court hearing date (& notice to appear with a lawyer I assume) in other words expanding due process.

The liberals win on this.

But hold on. Alien Enemies Act isn’t older than murder that’s just standard democrat gaslighting when they call it “200 some odd year old law” believing you’re a fuccn idiot. Do you all remember what they were saying when Trump first announced he would remove & deport illegals under this law?

They said he couldn’t do it bc we aren’t at war. Of course, they were wrong & once again they were just gaslighting you because they believe you’re a fuccn retard incapable of understanding the law even after reading it. But they weren’t wrong in stating that the law does address illegal Alien Enemies in the event that we are at war with the country of said alien enemies in USA illegally.
