Supporting anything Krugman says or writes is akin to what Donald Trump and his supporters want (which is unbridled power), except its just a different party affiliation in parenthesis at the end. But of course Trump learned his views and his tactics from being a lieberal democrat. They and Allynski wrote the book on deception and lies.

Typical response from the board: ignore the message shoot the messenger with ridiculous comments and slurs. The only thing missing is someone posting "Blame it on Bush".
Krugman stands in the sharpest possible contrast to Trump. He has received every accolade someone in his profession can receive, has both studied and taught at our most demanding and prestigious universities, and backs up his views with research and facts. His work stands in sharp contrast not just with Trump but all three bozos last night whose puerile, disgusting, dishonest antics disgrace the American political system.
You may disagree with Krugman, but the comments posted are just another feeble attempt to avoid addressing the issues.
I think we understand being in the tank for Krugman since he is one of the most ardent propagandists the lieberals have. As far as being popular among the group thinking lefties, well yeeeeeeeeeees! What else is new? Really, is there some kind of bromance here?
Krugman has been reduced to little more than a mouthpiece for the Democratic Party establishment. His piece several years ago when he cited the reduced wheat harvest in Russia as a sure sin of the dangers of global warming is a prime example of his lack of credibility of anything with political overtones. As I pointed out at the time the harvest that year was still the third highest on record. The harvest for 2015.....a new record despite the record warmth. Lots of things can be attributed to a warming climate. Unfortunately, Krugman comments have become predictable, one sided and absent of common sense and facts in some cases.
