The game plan was solid. We played great defense and had opportunities on offense.

Woodard and Birt were two keys on O and went 3-17. That needed to be at least 11-25.

Everyone else did what they needed to do on O and everyone did well overall on D.

I didn't start following TU Basketball til about 2005-2006, so my curve to grade off of is so much lower than most. I'm enjoying the hell out of this!

Offensive speech isn't the test. There are rules that he breaks and doesn't care about. Those rules have a different effect here than in a public place.

I understand gold, I was of course talking about the totality of his communication not just whether he's dropping f bombs. I haven't read the rules so can't speak to whether there have been technical prosecutable offenses, simply giving my every day man on the street reaction to his postings.

This is the best coaching we have had since Self. We are lucky to have Haith and now it looks like we are going to have players that are actually meant to play at this level. No issues with this senior class but they were meant to play at a lower level and they showed why this year. Good luck to that class but I think we will surprise people with the talent level being brought in to the program.

I completely agree with this. I respect what this senior class did accomplish and wish them all the best. However, they were just not meant to achieve what we thought they could. You can coach all you want but when you have guys that have built-in fatal flaws (in a basketball sense) they are just not going to get all that better. Out of respect for the players I don't feel the need to point any of those out.
