Tulsa has put a premium on recruiting a particular body-type to play defense at a high level.

Eli McWilliams, a 6-foot-3 and 220-pound linebacker from Tahlequah, Okla., fits into that mold. The Golden Hurricane offered the junior on February 26 -- his first offer.

Jocelyn Malaska, a three-star cornerback from Bethany (OK) High School, has been quite busy the last two months as his recruitment has increased. At 6-foot-2 and 175-pounds, Malaska certainly resembles some of the long, rangy defensive backs that people have become accustomed to seeing roam the field for the Golden Hurricane. Sierra Canyon offensive lineman Daniel Ademisoye made the long trek from Chatsworth, California to Tulsa two weeks ago for an unofficial visit and to attend a one-day camp. He picked up a scholarship offer during the trip and left the TU campus as a Golden Hurricane commit.
