Find the best most respected high school coach in the area and hire her/him. Let that person bring in the local talent and some quality players outside the state.

Why?? Go hire a college coach that knows how to run a program. This program is in horrible shape and needs to be completely restructured

I think we have to hire a female coach for BB. Too many of the women’s sports at TU have male head coaches. I always believe you should hire the best person for a job. In this case TU should interview as many female candidates as it takes to find the best person for the job.
