Looks to me like enforcement of the pass interference rules for both offensive and defensive have been suspended. Only 4 official reviews are allowed per game and 3 " must" follow the ruling on the field, no matter what. First down measurements are no longer necessary, because the line to make is just a suggestion. And lastly, at the end of a play, the ball shall be spotted at least 1 yard beyond or one yard short of the actual location of the "ball" when the ball carrier is down or his forward progress is actually stopped.
