It appears that Tulsa has offered 6-2 SG Ty Toney from Georgia Highlands CC. Toney averaged 17.8 pts off the bench (yes juco ball is crazy when you play 12 guys). He really played well in the national tournament in Hutch and also this weekend in a juco showcase in Atlanta. He's originally from a top HS in Alpharetta, Georgia where he averaged over 31 pts as a senior. He signed with Appalachian St and transferred to Georgia Highlands after a coaching change his freshman year
