Number of offers and which schools have offered is only one piece of the rating....in-person evaluation, video evaluation and comparison to like-prospects has a lot to do with it too. But I agree with what you are saying...a lot of coaches see something in the kid.

He can play both CB and S. He is aggressive and attack the ball. He has good sizes. Klien Oaks have a few good players but didnt know he was open after he committed to Houston.
