I posted this in another thread but thought I'd post it in its own thread. I confirmed that Tulsa has offered 2016 Connors State College forward Arlando Cook. Looks like he averaged 11.4 points and 9.3 rebounds in 33 games as a freshman last season.

The 6’8″ Cook led Madison Prep to a fourth-place finish in the Missouri Class 3 state tournament in 2014. As a senior, Cook averaged 13.8 points, 9.3 rebounds, 1.9 blocks and shot 61 percent from the field in leading the Bears to a 26-6 record. Cook spent the past summer playing with the St. Louis Gym Rats Elite team where he enjoyed a breakthrough season.
