Although Tulsa failed to come away with an upset win against 13th-ranked Houston last weekend, there were several notable achievements that took place during the heartbreaking road contest. Here’s a look at where things stand in both the school and conference record books.

QB DANE EVANS

• Senior quarterback Dane Evans finished the game with 365 yards passing, his first 300-yard passing game of the season and 13th of his career, which ranks third on Tulsa’s all-time chart and first on the AAC all-time chart. Evans was previously in a tie with Paxton Lynch (Memphis/2013-15).

• Evans now has 9,824 career passing yards and has surpassed G.J. Kinne (2009-11) for second on Tulsa’s all-time chart.

• He has 8,943 career passing yards since Tulsa joined the AAC and has surpassed Lynch for first on conference’s all-time chart. He needs just 57 yards to become the first AAC quarterback to hit the 9,000-yard mark.

• With two scores, (one through the air and one on the ground), Evans now has a combined 71 touchdowns. He is fourth on Tulsa’s all-time touchdown responsibility chart and needs three to tie T.J. Rubley (1987-91) for third.

• Evans also now has 1,355 career passing attempts and has surpassed Rubley for first on Tulsa’s all-time chart.

WR KEEVAN LUCAS

• Senior receiver Keevan Lucas finished the game with 88 yards on five receptions. He now has 2,658 career receiving yards and needs 88 yards to tie Damaris Johnson (2008-10) for fifth on Tulsa’s all-time receiving yards chart.

• Lucas has also surpassed Chris Moore (Cincinnati/2013-15) for fourth on the AAC all-time receiving yards chart (2,224).

• Lucas now has 198 career receptions and has surpassed Donald Shoals (1999-2001), Damaris Johnson (2008-10), and Charles Clay (2007-10) for sixth on Tulsa’s all-time receptions chart.

• Lucas also surpassed Darius Joseph (SMU/2013-15) for third on the AAC all-time receptions chart (168).

PK REDFORD JONES

• Junior kicker Redford Jones finished the game with one field goal and now has 28 for his career. He moved into a tie for eighth place with Jarod Tracy (2004-08) on Tulsa’s all-time field goal chart.
