Tulsa/Dayton

I like this. Dayton is in a good conference and is usually decent, a win will help our SOS and RPI.

First of many better games next season. Unless talks fall apart, there will be a few non-conference games that will be worth seeing (for the non-diehard types).

Dayton struggled last season after the departure of Archie Miller (14-17). Hopefully Grant will have them playing better next season. Finished with an RPI of #147.

I like that some sad UCONN fan will be at that casino and hear there is a college basketball game. Then they will get a smile on their face and walk to the arena to see who it is. When they realize it’s us, and after they are done yelling “fudge,” they will realize the clam chowdah in the buffet is cold and have to go back to paying sad slots while drinking Anchor Steam.

I love that I know this is fictitious but oddly specific. So much so that it’s also possible Gold* actually owns a time machine and saw this happen in the future

They’re not drinking Anchor Steam in Connecticut and certainly not at Mohegan Sun. After he realizes it’s Tulsa playing he’s going to start cursing the AAC, Kevin Ollie, and the trees. He’s then going to drown the sorrows in Sam Adams OR Yuengling

Hey, did all y’all know BLA lived in New England?

Please please PLEASE don't do our usual early season crap-a-thon. For far too long it seems like we can't figure things out until mid-January.

You must have done a lot of digging to find that out.
Correction- I grew up in New England. My wife loves to point out that I have now lived in Oklahoma longer than I lived in MA.

BTW, anyone with connections in getting different beer here in OK, use it to get Parkhill or somewhere to import some Yuengling.

There's a liquor store several blocks east of TU on 11th street that has it; or at least they did a couple years ago.

Yuengling won’t even consider Oklahoma until our laws change in October. I always pick up a case when we’re down at the beach every few months and try to make it last hahaha

I've only ever had it in Florida and in North Carolina. Funny thing is, my sister lives about 30 miles from Pottsville in PA.
